Are you looking to become an Electrician? The standards of the Massachusetts Electrical Board of Examiners require both confirmation of multiple years of work hours in the Electrical Industry along with 600 hours of classroom instruction focused on National Electrical Codes and Electrical Theory. This course is the starting point for anyone interested in a Journeyman License. This is the first 75 hours of the Introductory course. A second 75-hour course will be offered in the spring term allowing you to complete your first 150 hours in one year. The Introduction course is offered for anyone just starting out and/or anyone with less than 150 certified hours of classroom code and theory instruction. This course will meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Tuition does not include the cost of the textbook.
