Are you ready for a career in the field of Carpentry? Our NightHawks Education Program, in collaboration with the MassHire North Shore Career Center, is offering an industry training session with credentials and career placement assistance. Collaboration with the MassHire North Shore Career Center is a required part of this program. All participants will be referred to the MassHire North Shore Career Center prior to the start of the course. This $75 registration fee is required. Training and program costs are free!

Weekly testing will be required for those who are not vaccinated.
This Carpentry Training program provides students with basic carpentry training and hands-on experience students beginning with entry-level carpentry projects to learn basic tool techniques and concepts. Students will learn skills needed to be successful including measurement, cutting, fastening, and power tool use. These skills translate into essential workplace proficiency.
Certifications include OSHA-10, Hilti Tool or Ramset Tool Certification. Students will also receive 40 hours of Career Readiness training.

Essex Tech Technical Training:Tuesday and Thursday: 3pm-6pm and Saturdays 8am- 2 pm.
Please note that some Saturday classes will be held at the Carpenters Union Training Center in Boston in preparation for entry into the Union.
Some certifications will be online.
Note: Additional required hours for Career Readiness will be remote.
